In an effort to clean up the forums, I have mass pruned the members list (removing over 1000 spambots), but may have caught anyone who hadn't posted or who had only posted in a spam thread. If that's the case, then you will need to reregister. Registering currently requires you to validate your email address, but should that not be enough of a deterrent for the spam bots, I will have to switch it back to admin validation.
EDIT: No good. I've had to switch to admin validation. If you want to be sure your account gets validated, send me a short email darthandroid(at)gmail(dot)com telling me what you are looking for at this website.
I didn't want it to come to this, but the spambots are leaving me no choice. Sorry for those of you that find it a pain to go through all this to register  |
TI Calendar
TI Calendar
To make it easier for people to see at a glance when and where contests and releases are occuring throughout the TI community, I have created the TI Calender. The calendar resides on the google calendar service and is open to the public. The calendar my be viewed here [google.com] or you can add it to your other calendars using the address ticalendar@gmail.com.
Each group will be allowed one (1) person from that group to have the ability to add events to the calendar. The staff of each site should select someone responsible and have them send an email to ticalendar@gmail.com . If people start destorying the calendar or abusing it, then I will have to take everyone off of the access list.
Anyone can have an event added to the calendar by sending an email to ticalendar@gmail.com with details about the event including a link where people can find more information.

Recently we have switched hosts from nwps.ws to unitedti.org.
There were several factors in this descision, the main one being server speed.
The nwps.ws server was starting to get slow, not operating how i needed it to. I would give error randomly when I would try to upload files, etc.
I am currently in the process of getting the domain dragon-fire.org reregistered, but first I have to get it trnasferred to unitedti.org's control.
I have gotten the forums back up, and I am hoping that i get the other features that I am working on up and running without errors soon.
